Shipping During Public Holidays

Our warehouse is closed during major public holidays in Mainland China. Orders placed during these periods will be shipped after operations resume. Holiday schedules may vary each year and will be announced on our website whenever applicable.

Orders of US$200 and under will be charged a shipping fee of US$15–30. The final rate is calculated at checkout.

Europe

Free shipping applies to orders over US$200.

Orders of US$200 and under will be charged a shipping fee of US$13–50. The final rate is calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected service level.

Delivery

The address I entered is incorrect. Can I change it?

We are unable to change the shipping address after an order has been submitted. To use a different address, you must cancel the entire order and place a new order with the correct information.

If you are signed in to your FPA Store account and placed the order less than 30 minutes ago, you may be able to cancel it from your order history.

Will my order be subject to import duties and taxes?

Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply depending on the destination. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Where can I find tracking for my order?

Your tracking link will be sent automatically by email after your package leaves our warehouse. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting our customer service team.
